Executive Report on Pollutants Discharge in the Third Quarter of 2019

1. Actual discharge and compliance determination analysis

Exhaust gas emission system in the third quarter of 2019: sulfur dioxide emission is 1.29 tons, nitrogen oxide emission is 5.98 tons, and smoke emission is 0.155 tons. In the third quarter of 2019, the daily average value and hourly value did not exceed the standard.

Wastewater discharge system in the third quarter of 2019: COD discharge is 9.38 tons, ammonia nitrogen discharge is 0.0394 tons, total nitrogen discharge is 0.384 tons, and total phosphorus discharge is 0.0093 tons.  

In the third quarter of 2019, the daily average value of wastewater did not exceed the standard, but in some cases, the hourly value exceeded the standard, mainly due to the failure of dosing equipment.

1.1 Report on Abnormity of Pollution Control Facilities

In 2019, the company will strengthen the environmental awareness education of all employees in the workshop, and put the environmental protection work into everyone's work, with responsibility assigned to everyone. In the work, always regard environmental protection as the top priority, and establish a strict assessment system; Strengthen the management of environmental protection equipment, assign responsibility to each equipment, strengthen the spot inspection of equipment, and eliminate the phenomenon of running, emitting, dripping and leaking; Explore and summarize in daily work, and deal with each kind of emission in a targeted way to make it meet the discharge standard.

Mouping Branch of Yantai Ecological Environment Bureau:

Due to the failure of the dosing pump equipment of the sewage treatment system, our company caused the abnormal operation of the wastewater treatment facilities. The chemical oxygen demand data showed abnormal from 2:00 to 3:00 on July 26, 2019. After active emergency repair, it has now returned to normal.

Due to the blockage of the dosing pump equipment pipeline of the sewage treatment system, our company caused abnormal dosing, resulting in abnormal operation of the wastewater treatment facilities. The chemical oxygen demand data showed abnormal from 08:00 to 09:00 on August 1, 2019. After active emergency repair, the dosing pump pipeline was dredged, and now it is back to normal.
