1. Actual discharge and compliance determination analysis

Exhaust gas emission system in the second quarter of 2019: sulfur dioxide emission is 1.25 tons, nitrogen oxide emission is 5.63 tons, and smoke emission is 0.0743 tons. In the second quarter of 2019, the daily average value did not exceed the standard, and occasionally the hourly value exceeded the standard, mainly because of the failure of waste gas treatment facilities and the high oxygen content during boiler startup, and the temperature could not meet the operating conditions of environmental protection equipment.

Wastewater discharge system in the second quarter of 2019: COD discharge is 25.8 tons, ammonia nitrogen discharge is 0.139 tons, total nitrogen discharge is 1.36 tons, and total phosphorus discharge is 0.0444 tons. In the second quarter of 2019, the daily average value of wastewater did not exceed the standard, but in some cases, the hourly value exceeded the standard, mainly due to the failure of dosing equipment.

From 03:00 to 07:00 on June 25, 2019, our company's nitrogen oxides exceeded the standard; At 03:00, sulfur dioxide exceeded the standard. The reason is that during boiler ignition, due to too high oxygen content, the boiler outlet temperature is less than 700 ℃, and the operating conditions of desulfurization and denitrification devices cannot be met, resulting in excessive exhaust gas.
